$700 one time setup, plus your first month up front. After that you pay at the start of each month, for the month ahead. No monthly commitment. Cleaning, repairs and supplies are paid by you, at cost. Larger and luxury homes are quoted on the call.

Questions

How is this different from a full service company?

A full service company takes over your listing and your decisions, and takes a cut of your revenue. We don't. You keep the account and make the calls. We run the daily work for one flat fee.

Which plan is right for me?

If you already have a cleaner and a handyman you trust, Assistant covers you. If you want us to find, run and check on your team too, pick Operator.

How does billing work?

You pay a $700 setup fee and your first month to start. After that you pay your plan at the start of each month, for the month ahead.

What if I want to stop?

There's no monthly commitment. Remove us as cohost and you're done. Your listing and reviews stay yours.

Where do you work?

We're starting in San Antonio. If your property is somewhere else, ask us on the call.
